was established by the Rector as a university-wide unit. Its task is defined as supporting the Rector in supervising the efficient functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) and the implementation of quality-enhancing activities. The Education Quality Office reports directly to the Rector of ANSiM.
The scope of responsibilities of the Education Quality Office includes, among others:
coordinating activities carried out within the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS);
developing tools for conducting research and assessing the quality of education;
preparing and conducting research aimed at measuring the quality of education;
collecting documentation related to IQAS;
disseminating information related to issues concerning the quality of education;
supporting Faculty Committees for Education Quality / Faculty Committees for Curriculum and Education Quality in planning and implementing activities within IQAS;
ongoing administrative support related to the implementation of the Education Quality Assurance System;
formal coordination of preparations for accreditation by the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA);
preparing applications for granting authorization to conduct studies in a specific field, level, and profile of education;
carrying out or coordinating other activities within IQAS commissioned by the Rector;
presenting annual reports to the Rector on activities and projects undertaken by the EQO aimed at improving the quality of education.
