You will be officially added to the student list only after submitting the complete set of required documents. As a result, candidates who register even after the admission limit has been reached but submit all required documents will be enrolled, while those who registered earlier but failed to provide the documents will not be. Career Prospects

“Cosmetologist” is a title to be proud of. As a graduate, you may work in all types of beauty salons, wellness centers, hotels, SPA & Wellness facilities, recreational centers, and in cooperation with medical practices. You can also work in cosmetic laboratories. You may build a career as a representative or training specialist for cosmetic or pharmaceutical companies. A path toward academic or teaching careers in this field is also open to you. You may become the owner and practitioner of your own beauty salon, specialist studio, or wellness center.

osmetology is a rapidly developing field of science, requiring continuous training and updating of knowledge. You may choose postgraduate studies, specialized courses, and various training programs. Staying active in the industry — taking part in beauty fairs, brand showcases, medical conferences — is essential. Equally important is being familiar with professional literature and industry press that regularly report on new developments and trends.

Important Information for Candidates Choosing Cosmetology!

The Higher School of Social Sciences in Lublin is the only university that enables its students to obtain instructor qualifications: in manicure, pedicure, make-up/styling, and cosmetology as part of their Bachelor’s (first-cycle) studies. Upon completion of the program, in addition to the Bachelor’s Diploma in Cosmetology, graduates may receive 4 additional certificates authorizing them to work as instructors in manicure, pedicure, make-up/styling, and cosmetology.

Upon completion, graduates may receive:

1. A Certificate of Completion of the Manicure Instructor Course
2. A Certificate of Completion of the Pedicure Instructor Course
3. A Certificate of Completion of the Make-up/Styling Instructor Course
4. A Certificate of Completion of the Cosmetology Instructor Course

The certificates are issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 18 August 2017 on continuing education in non-school forms (Journal of Laws, item 1632),

after meeting the requirements specified in §10

of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 24 August 2017 on practical vocational training (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1644). (regulation available for download)
