Student Internships
Students are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations of Professional Internships at ANSiM Academy and follow the guidelines to achieve all intended learning outcomes. The regulations include several attachments with detailed information:
Attachment 1
- Criteria for selecting and evaluating institutions for internships – completed by the student, reviewed and signed by the Head of CDZ at ANSiM Academy and the Internship Coordinator.
- Criteria for selecting an Internship Supervisor – completed and signed by the Internship Organizer, reviewed by the Internship Coordinator.
- Referral of the student for mandatory professional internships – submitted by the student to the Internship Organizer.
Attachment 2
- Agreement on the organization of the student’s mandatory professional internship – submitted by the student to the Internship Organizer.
Attachment 3
- Professional internship program – submitted by the student to the Internship Organizer.
Attachment4
- List of institutions where the student may complete the internship – for student reference.
Attachment 5
- Professional Internship Card
- Student skills evaluation criteria – completed by the Internship Organizer and student, approved by the Internship Coordinator.
Key Internship Guidelines:
- 1. Students may, in consultation with the Internship Coordinator, choose the institution (Internship Organizer) where they will complete their internship, provided the institution meets ANSiM Academy’s criteria.
- 2. Students should visit the ANSiM Academy website: https://ansim.pl/student/praktyki-studenckie, select their study program, and download the appropriate forms. Attachments 1–3 should be printed in two copies, and Attachments 4–5 in one copy. If color printing is not possible, forms can be collected from the Internship Coordinator, Room 225, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00.
- 3. Students must submit two complete sets of Attachments 1–3 to the representative of the Internship Organizer for signature, then deliver them to the Internship Coordinator for approval at least 7 days before starting the internship. Attachment 5, containing the Professional Internship Card and student evaluation criteria, is taken to the internship.
- 4. Internships must be completed no later than September 20 of the academic year. The Professional Internship Card (Attachment 5) must be submitted to the Internship Coordinator by September 20 to confirm completion of the internship.
